        Sadly, right when we were about to leave, the HVAC guy who was supposed to show up between 12-2 finally arrived. When we got to Harp and Crown around 6:00 all of the bars on that street were totally packed and sending people away. We went to Bob and Barbara’s

The attachment of the zipper looked so sloppy. The seams looked like it was fishtailing (one end really loose and slowly getting tighter in a triangle shape). The stitching on the front of the dress (making the bodice detailing) looked so loose. You could literally see gaps in between the stitching. While i was taking photos to send to the concierge, I even noticed weird stains in the inner lining of the dress (that I hope are not what I think they are...). I am so upset because I ordered this dress for my birthday back at the end of March and i JUST NOTICED IT NOW WHILE TRYING IT ON BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY. The tags are on, I have never washed or worn it too!! I emailed concierge about my concern and sent them photos of the poor quality of the dress/stitching. Over live chat, the person helping me said it was \"uncommon\" for store credit or refunds to be given for quality assurance cases. I do understand that I am notifying Aritzia of the quality errors after the exchange deadline but not even store credit for an error on their part?? On a side note, the Fable dress is so poorly made, it reminds me of something you would find at Forever 21. It is also not the dress for ladies with a bigger bust as the boobie cup design is quite small. Has anyone dealt with quality assurance cases at Aritzia before?                   Avocado and Poached Egg Toast
